Each product page features a detailed size chart. Since ethnic wear often involves specific silhouettes like Anarkalis or Straight Suits, we recommend measuring your bust and waist carefully and comparing them to our guide before ordering.
What is your shipping policy for domestic and international orders?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within India, typically delivering in 5-7 business days. International shipping is available at a flat rate, and delivery times vary between 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we have a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that customized or altered outfits are not eligible for returns.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to professional lighting and different screen resolutions, there might be a slight color variation of 5-10% between the image and the actual product.
How should I care for my heavy embroidered and silk garments?
To maintain the longevity of our handcrafted pieces, we recommend 'Dry Clean Only' for all silk, hand-painted, and heavily embellished garments. For cotton everyday wear, a gentle hand wash in cold water is suggested.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for domestic orders up to a certain value.
